Dead on Arrival (DOA) Coverage
What is Covered
Tubes that are defective upon arrival are covered under our DOA policy:
- Tubes that don't light up or function
- Tubes with visible manufacturing defects
- Tubes that fail testing immediately after installation
DOA Claim Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide proof of defect (photos, test results)
- Return authorization will be issued
- Ship back with tracking
- Replacement or refund processed upon receipt
DOA Requirements
- Original packaging must be used for return
- Tubes must show no signs of misuse
- Professional installation recommended to avoid user error
- Test results may be required
Return Policy
Eligible Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:
- Unopened, unused tubes in original packaging
- Wrong item shipped (our error)
- Tubes that don't match description
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used or installed tubes (except DOA)
- Tubes without original packaging
- Tubes damaged by customer
- Special order or custom-matched sets
Return Process

- Receive RMA number (required for all returns)
- Pack securely in original packaging
- Ship with tracking to provided address
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
Refund Methods
Original Payment Method
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days

Refund Amount
- Full product price refunded for eligible returns
- Original shipping costs non-refundable

Damaged in Transit
Our Responsibility
If tubes arrive damaged due to shipping:
- Full refund or replacement at no cost
- We file claim with carrier
- No restocking fee applied
- Return shipping prepaid label provided
Your Responsibility
- Report damage within 48 hours
- Provide photos of damage and packaging
- Keep all packaging materials
- Cooperate with carrier inspection if needed
Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship the wrong item:
- Full refund or correct item sent
- Return shipping prepaid label provided
- No restocking fee
- Expedited replacement available
Compatibility Issues
Not Covered
Returns due to compatibility issues are not covered if:
- Correct tube type was ordered
- Product description was accurate
- Customer did not verify compatibility

Warranty Claims
Manufacturing Defects
Tubes with manufacturing defects discovered after installation:
- Must be reported within 30 days
- Requires professional verification
- Proof of proper installation required
- Replacement provided for verified defects
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper installation
- Damage from incorrect bias
- Damage from power surges
- Tubes used beyond rated specifications
Refund Timeline
Processing Time
- Returns inspected within 2 business days of receipt
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Payment method determines final receipt time

You will receive email confirmation when:
- Return is received
- Inspection is complete
- Refund is processed
Special Circumstances
Defective Matched Sets
If one tube in a matched set is defective:
- Entire set may be returned
- Or single tube replacement provided
- Matching certificate updated
Partial Orders
If part of your order is missing or defective:
- Partial refund or replacement available
- No need to return entire order

Restocking Fee
